Originally established as a first floor opticians in East Street by Geoffrey Edminson in 1963, before being taken over by David Butler in 1975. John Barnes brought it into the 21st century when hetook over the Opticians in 1999. It was relocated to Ground floor in St Mary's Road in 2003.
