Bill & Taylor is a family owned business which was established in 1979 when Mike Taylor and Peter & Lesley Bill got together to form a partnership. Peter & Lesley already had a successful practice inNewton Abbot and the first Bill & Taylor practice in Teignmouth was closely followed by another in Dawlish when Mike's cousin Roger Taylor joined the group.
