The practice was established by my grandfather, Richard Baxendine, in Victoria Road, Romford in 1921. He was joined by my father, Ernest Barber, in 1947. He left Victoria Road in 1988 to practise at home but unfortunately was unable to continue due to ill health. Therefore I have run the business since 1990.
Jon Sames F.B.D.O established the practice in Romford, Essex in 1995. Since then he has built up his practice into an essential centre for eye health services for those within the area.
