About the Business
Jarrod started his career in optometry in 1992 working as a trainee dispensing optician for the company that he eventually took over in 2003. He studied at Bradford university and qualified in 1996 to become a member of the Association of British Dispensing Opticians. In 2003 he bought the practice at Pudsey to concentrate his efforts in offering the highest standard of products and services.
Since 2007 he has diversified into supporting local businesses with their optical needs. The company now offers a home care service for the elderly and nursing homes and an in house service for companies requiring safety glasses and vdu glasses. In 2010 he is now looking to expand, so that he can start to offer the same quality and service in other practices.
